Shipping Lead Time & Processing

 

 

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing after the order is placed. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

The shipping method selected at checkout applies after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or holidays may require 3–4 business days for processing due to higher order volume.


Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the package has been picked up by the carrier.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Constant Covering is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Be sure to have your tracking number available to assist with their investigation.

We strongly recommend being available on the estimated delivery date or contacting the carrier to arrange pickup at their local holding facility if needed.


Shipping Protection

Due to increased shipping costs and nationwide delivery issues, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

For a small additional fee, Shipping Protection provides a delivery guarantee on eligible orders.
If Shipping Protection is declined, Constant Covering is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have separate processing and shipping timelines, which are listed on each product page.
Pre-order shipping timeframes typically range from 1–4 weeks, depending on the item.

Please review all pre-order details carefully before purchasing to ensure expectations are met.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are packed or prepared for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. A return label may be issued if applicable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

We ship using multiple carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the carrier’s control.
