Return, Exchange & Refund Policy 

 

Thank you for shopping with Constant Covering. We appreciate your support and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Once an order has shipped, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 business days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.


Purchases Made Through Retailers

Items purchased through retail partners, boutiques, or third-party websites must be returned to the original retailer.
Constant Covering cannot process returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of our website.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you may:

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Our custom-made apparel, sneakers, leggings etc are final sale.

In addition, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item


European Union 14-Day Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging, and must include your order number or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@constantcovering.com.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are packed or prepared for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. A return label may be issued, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Submitting a Return Request (Self-Service)

To submit a return through your account:

  1. Log in to your account using the email associated with your order

  2. Enter the verification code sent to your email

  3. Select the order you wish to return

  4. Choose the item(s), return reason, and add any notes

  5. Submit your return request

If approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued.
